To qualify, applicants must meet certain income and screening criteria that are outlined in our rental application. Additional screening criteria apply, including credit, criminal, and landlord references. 13 May Street is made affordable through the assistance of the Connecticut Department of Housing and has one level of income-restricted units, called tiers. Rent is based on annual HUD affordable housing guidelines and is not determined as a percentage of income. An applicant’s annual gross household income may not exceed the income limits listed on page 1 of the rental application.
