13 May Street is made affordable through the assistance of the Connecticut Department of Housing and has one level of income-restricted units, called tiers. Rent is based on annual HUD affordable housing guidelines and is not determined as a percentage of income. An applicant’s annual gross household income may not exceed the income limits listed on page 1 of the rental application.
